The Selection Process
The Jackson County, Mo., Home Rule Charter names a selection committee responsible for selecting members for the County's Ethics Commission.
These committee members, listed at right, are individuals occupying roles that are intended to provide broad community perspectives and are independent of the Jackson County government.
This site may be used in the future to assist with filling vacancies as they arise.
Jackson County seeks one member for Ethics Commission

The Jackson County Ethics Commission is currently seeking applications for one open position on the commission. The opening is available as the result of a commissioner moving out of Jackson County.
The commission receives complaints about and investigates alleged violations of provisions pertaining to conflicts of interest, financial interest disclosure, and lobbying registration and disclosure of the county and the state of Missouri. Applications will be accepted through February 12.
